Unless otherwise stated in writing, any digital media delivered to our clients will be on the basis of a temporary usage license. In consideration of Real Estate Professional's payment of Photographer's fee for creating, preparing and delivering the photographs or videos to Real Estate Professional, Photographer grants to Real Estate Professional a license to use the photograph or video in MLS’s compilations of properties (current and sold) and in real estate related advertising, business cards, brochures and other promotional materials, including the right to reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display the photograph or video in print, on the Internet and otherwise.  This license will be valid for a period of twelve months upon delivery of the digital media to the Real Estate Professional.  This license is non-transferrable.
